Hi Bobux family,

 

We are taking online orders in the UK. With the changing situation, we recommend allowing an extra couple of days for your shoes to arrive, just in case! There may be Royal Mail delays which are out of Bobux's control so, if delivery is urgent, please use our express delivery option.

 

This is a difficult time for retailers, so if there is a retail store in your area which stocks Bobux, we encourage you to reach out to them. Check for local stockists here, we know they would love to hear from you. Many of our retailers can take orders online or over the phone, and may be able to have your Bobux delivered to your door. 

 

We are monitoring the situation closely and are in constant contact with our warehouse partners, so please keep checking our website for any updates.

Shipping is only available to physical addresses. The shipping cost will stay the same, regardless of the size and weight of your package.

ORDERS OVER £75 - FREE

 

The shipping is on us! Bobux offers free shipping on all orders over £75.

 

We offer free shipping via Standard Post for orders £75 - £150. You can choose to upgrade to Express Delivery at your cost if you wish to.

 

Orders over £150 qualify for free Express Shipping. This will be automatically applied at checkout.

 

 

ORDERS UNDER £75

 

STANDARD POST - £6

Your package will be sent using standard service.

 

 

EXPRESS DELIVERY - £10

Your package will be sent using Track & Trace. Orders placed before 12 noon will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed on the weekend/bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day. Our couriers typically deliver Monday - Friday, 7am - 7pm. You will receive an email from our partner DPD Local with your tracking code. The courier will require a signature. If you're not in when the courier first tries, they will leave a card. Please follow the instructions on the card to arrange a redelivery of your order. Please note we cannot deliver to a PO Box using this service.

  • Estimated delivery times

    Standard Post: 3-5 working days*
    Express Delivery: next working day* (if order is placed before 12 noon)
    Please allow up to 2 additional days for rural postcodes.
    *During sales, we may need an extra couple of days to get your parcel packed and sent.
  • Lost or damaged goods

    If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact Customer Service within 7 Business Days of placing your order so that we may assist you.

Wrong size, not the right color – whatever it is, we are happy to help you find the right product!

You may return unused items in their original condition up to 30 days after receiving your order. The shoe box must also be intact. The value of an item is determined by the amount paid and listed on your invoice. We cannot apply discounts from past sales or promotions.

  • Full Price Items

    Items purchased at full price (not part of any sale or promotion) are able to be returned for a refund or online credit (excluding shipping costs). Please allow up to 6 business days for the refund to show in your account from the time it was processed.

  • Sale Items, Store Credits and Gift Vouchers

    Items that are on sale or purchased during a promotion can be returned for a refund or online credit to the same value, excluding shipping. During sale periods, returns may take up to 10 business days to process.

    Items purchased using online credits and gift vouchers can be returned for a store credit.

    During web sale promotions, high volumes of traffic can be experienced and sometimes orders cannot be fulfilled. In this case you will be notified within 48 hours, and refunded in full within 10 business days.

  • Shoes purchased through a retailer or third party site

    To return a product purchased from a Bobux stockist or third party online retailer, please return the item to the store directly.

    Products purchased from online auction sites cannot be returned or exchanged through Bobux. Please contact the seller directly.

Please fill in the returns information at the bottom of your invoice, and head to the Royal Mail returns portal to print out a shipping label. Then box your return up, and take to the nearest post office. Easy! Please make sure the shoes are in original unworn condition, and the box is intact! For any refund  enquiries, Contact Us here. Please include your order number and contact details.

FAULTY ITEMS

We are committed to producing high quality shoes from the best and safest materials. However, if a manufacturing gremlin managed to slip past our gatekeepers, please follow the instructions below.

  • Shoes purchased on the Bobux website

    Please get in touch with Customer Services and send through a photo of the fault. Our team will take care of you and manage the returns process. We reserve the right to assess the condition and age of the returned goods prior to offering an exchange, discount voucher, refund or repair.
  • Shoes purchased on a third-party website or from an independent retailer

    Please go back to the store that you purchased the product through and follow their returns process.
