Shipping is only available to physical addresses. The shipping cost will stay the same, regardless of the size and weight of your package.
ORDERS OVER £75 - FREE
The shipping is on us! Bobux offers free shipping on all orders over £75.
We offer free shipping via Standard Post for orders £75 - £150. You can choose to upgrade to Express Delivery at your cost if you wish to.
Orders over £150 qualify for free Express Shipping. This will be automatically applied at checkout.
ORDERS UNDER £75
STANDARD POST - £6.50
Your package will be sent using Royal Mail.
EXPRESS DELIVERY - £10.50
Your package will be sent using Track & Trace. Orders placed before 12 noon will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed on the weekend/bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
Our couriers typically deliver Monday - Friday, 7am - 7pm. You will receive an email from our partner ParcelForce with your tracking code. The courier will require a signature. If you're not in when the courier first tries, they will leave a card. Please follow the instructions on the card to arrange a redelivery of your order.
Please note we cannot deliver to a PO Box using this service. Express Deliveries to Northern Ireland (BT postcodes) take two working days.

Please allow up to 2 additional days for rural postcodes.
*During sales, we may need an extra couple of days to get your parcel packed and sent.
Lost or damaged goods
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact Customer Service within 7 Business Days of placing your order so that we can assist you.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you are a consumer, you have the statutory right to change your mind and return items purchased. You have 14 days after your order is delivered to return items.
Please ensure you complete the returns form sent with your order and enclose this with your return. Your items must be returned within 14 days and must be in their original shoe boxes and show no signs of use or damage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the goods do not meet this standard.
- Returns postage fees are at your own cost.
- We will provide you with a refund for the item(s) within 14 days of our receipt.
- If you paid a delivery charge and are returning your order in full, we will also refund the standard delivery charge to you. Please note that if you have used one of our quicker delivery options, we will only refund the standard delivery charge.
- All refunds will be issued in accordance with your original payment method. Please allow up to 6 business days for the refund to show in your account from the time it was processed.

We are committed to producing high quality shoes from the best and safest materials. However, if a manufacturing gremlin managed to slip past our gatekeepers, please follow the instructions below.
Shoes purchased on the Bobux website
Please get in touch with Customer Services and send through a photo of the fault. Our team will take care of you and manage the returns process. We reserve the right to assess the condition and age of the returned goods prior to offering an exchange, discount voucher, refund or repair.
Shoes purchased on a third-party website or from an independent retailer
Please go back to the store that you purchased the product through and follow their returns process.
